Party FAQ

Question: What if I book for 15 kids and only 7 show up?

Answer: At Fun City Pizza you only pay for the amount of kids that actually attend your party! We do have a minimum amount of 6 kids, but other than that you can rest assure that you aren't going to be charged for those kids that don't make the festivities (exception to the rule below)

Question: What if I am going to have a huge number of kids or additional adults? Is more than one room possible?

Answer: We have the ability to make two rooms in to one "big" room. In order to receive a "big" room you must pay for at least 21 kids and we must have the times avaliable. The option is yours, if you think you are going to be okay with one room than you aren't tied into the 21 kid payment.

Question: What days/times can I have my AMAZING Birthday Party?

Answer: We do parties seven days a week! Mon-Friday we can book on any whole hour. Saturdays we do even hours starting at ten o'clock 10, 12, 2, 4, 6, 8. On Sundays odd hours starting at eleven o'clock 11,1,3,5,7!

Question: What do I need to do to book/reserve my party?

Answer: Just give us a call at 872-7529 and one of our team members would love to get you booked in our Birthday Book. We take a "guestimate" on the number of kids and take down a little information at that time. We do require a $25 deposit to be paid typically within five days of booking (we take it off at the end of your party.)

Question: How far out do I need or can I book a party?

Answer: We can book your party months or days in advanced. If it becomes crunch time and we still have rooms available we can work with you and find a time even at the last second.

Question: Well what if I don't want to do a "scheduled" package?

Answer: First off why not? No, seriously you are always more than welcomed to do what we call a "walk-in" birthday party. Downside is that you aren't guaranteed time in one of our private party rooms, miss out on a personal host/hostess, and actually lose value compared to our package deal. If you do a "walk-in" you can order as little or as much as you would like and are still more than welcomed to bring in your birthday cake/ice cream/dessert, but are not allowed to bring in any other outside food or drink.
